As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Atalanta you will focus on understanding customer’s real-world mission needs, designing how Argo is deployed to deliver measurable outcomes, and ensuring successful adoption by users in the field. This role combines product intuition, technical expertise, and user empathy to drive real impact for our customers.

As a Product Designer at Atalanta, you will design the core product experience of Argo, working closely with forward deployed engineers and customers to turn complex system reasoning into intuitive, usable workflows. Our customers are highly technical teams building mission-critical systems across energy, space, and defense, and this role requires engaging directly with those users to understand their workflows and translate real operational challenges into product features.

As a Policy Strategist at Atalanta, you will help shape the external environment in which software understanding emerges as a national priority. Your work will focus on translating technical capability into clear narratives, aligning key stakeholders, and influencing how problems are defined across the national security ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving demand for Argo and establishing Atalanta as the leader of the software understanding category.

As a Growth Strategist at Atalanta, you will help scale early deployments of Argo into sustained programs and revenue across the U.S. national security and critical infrastructure ecosystem. Your work will focus on identifying and developing adoption pathways to expand initial product adoption into meaningful commercial and government revenue. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, where early traction is transformed into durable growth.

As a Business Operations Strategist at Atalanta, you will help build the systems that allow strategy to turn into execution. You will be in close coordination with policy strategists and growth strategists, ensuring the company can pursue critical opportunities with speed, focus, and unity. You will own important day-to-day operational work across the business, while also designing and implementing the processes, planning motions, and infrastructure that let Atalanta scale without reducing speed or impact.

As a Software Understanding Researcher at Atalanta, you will help advance the frontier of AI-driven reasoning and verification for complex systems. Your work will focus on combining machine learning with formal methods to build systems that can reason about, verify, and guarantee behavior in real-world environments.
